Scheduling

• 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations 
• Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled 
• Established patients with urgent issues will be seen the same day when possible 
• New patients are scheduled as soon as available and may be added to a waitlist 

Cosmetic/Esthetic (Executive Park – MedSpa)

• Deposit required at booking your initial consultation 

No-Show Policy

• Established patients: 3 missed appointments without notice = no further scheduling 
• New patients: 2 missed initial appointments without notice = no further scheduling 
• Cosmetic/esthetic no-shows (without 24-hour notice) forfeit deposit 

INSURANCE INFORMATION

Skin Specialists is committed to providing quality care and helping you maximize your insurance benefits. If you have questions, please contact our office at 518-452-1928.

Please bring your insurance card and valid photo ID to your appointment. Without them, your visit may be rescheduled or require full payment at the time of service. We will copy your insurance card at check-in. If coverage cannot be verified, payment will be due at your visit.

For Mohs procedures - patients with deductibles must provide a $500 deposit; those with co-insurance must provide a $200 deposit. Any remaining balance after insurance processing will be refunded.

While our team can assist with general questions, please contact your insurance provider for specific coverage details.

BILLING/PAYMENTS/COPAYS

We provide high-quality care at reasonable costs. Payment is due at the time of service. For billing questions, call (518) 452-1928.

Insurance typically processes within 4–6 weeks. Please contact us if your statement does not reflect payment after that time. Any remaining balance is your responsibility.

Payment Options
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, checks, and cash. Financing is available through CareCredit.

MILITARY DISCOUNT

To thank our military members, Skin Specialists offers 20% off cosmetic/esthetic services and retail products. A valid military or veteran ID is required.
